Santa's Elves throughout
the year to make sure we have enough
for our famous sale. They preserve local and seasonal
crops - asparagus in May, strawberries, rhubarb and cherries in June, beans, beets, raspberries and carrots in July and, of course, tomatoes in August and September.
Not only will you find pickles, jams, chutneys, marmalade, lemon curd, but also lots of baking -
tourtière, fruit pies, cakes, cookies, squares, butter tarts, lemon/poppy seed loaf -
all created by some of the best cooks in Prince Edward County.
Choose from over a thousand
jars of preserves and a large stock of baked goods
for the holidays.
